What are the purposes of these treatments ?


Data related to civil status (title, first name, last name) are collected to allow the user to have a personalized display when he is connected. This data is used in particular during the printing of an order form to allow it to be nominative.

The phone number is printed on the order form to allow the deliveryman to call the customer if a problem occurs during a delivery.

The email address is requested to allow the customer to follow his parcel during a delivery, but also for the procedure of recovery of password which requires an email address.

The postal data is requested to allow a delivery/billing to the customer's address.

The IP address is only stored for legal purposes.

Your data is not sent outside the EU and is only used by BACHES-DIRECT.

BACHES-DIRECT only transmits your data if French or European data protection law authorizes it. BACHES-DIRECT works in close collaboration with certain service providers to whom your data may be transmitted: technical (website management and development...), logistics (carriers...), and advertising (advertising agencies...).


How is my data used by BACHES-DIRECT for advertising purposes?

BACHES-DIRECT takes all necessary precautions to preserve the security and confidentiality of data and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.


What security measures are taken to protect my banking data?


It is impossible to pay for an order with a card that does not have the 3-D Secure feature.

This restriction is present to avoid fraud on the Internet.

Furthermore, we use an external service provider, the CIC bank, for the payment of orders. BACHES-DIRECT does not have any data related to your credit card.
