Shipping and delivery
At BACHES-DIRECT, we want your product to be delivered in the most efficient way possible and according to your expectations.
That's why we work with the best partners and carefully select the carrier that will provide the best service.
From the validation of your order to the pick-up by the carrier
Once your order has been validated, it is meticulously prepared by our warehouse staff. We take care to pack your order efficiently, so that it reaches you in perfect condition.
All orders are shipped on the day you place your order, or at the latest the next business day.
Your tracking number is sent to you automatically by email when we validate the shipment.
Our delivery methods
To answer all the problems of our customers, we propose various modes of delivery.
For packages under 30 kilos, you can choose between :
- a delivery in a relay point
- a classic delivery at home or on site
- express delivery to your home or to a building site (eligible only for orders placed before 11am).
Orders over 30 kilos will be shipped on pallets.
The costs and delivery times
Delivery costs and times depend on the weight of your order, the delivery method you choose and the delivery zone.
The delivery times indicated on the product sheets are in working days. As order preparation times vary, the applicable delivery times are indicated on each product page.
They are given as an indication and represent information provided by our partners, based on normal delivery conditions.
Please note that only orders placed before 11 a.m. and deliverable in France are eligible for Express delivery. After 11 a.m., if you choose this delivery method, it will be delayed by one day.
Shipping costs are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.
Custom tarpaulin production and shipment
Custom-made tarpaulins take between 2 and 4 weeks to manufacture, depending on demand.
Once your custom-made tarpaulin has been manufactured, it is shipped. Delivery time will depend on the carrier you choose when placing your order.
Shipping time is in addition to the manufacturing time for your custom-made tarpaulin, which is indicated on the configurator page.
