Return Policy

The customer has the possibility to cancel his order and to proceed to a return within 30 working days after reception for all the products of the site.

CUSTOM-MADE TARPAULINS ARE NEITHER RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

The exchange or refund must be requested beforehand from the Bâches Direct sales department via the contact form.

Returns are only possible if the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

We will proceed with the reimbursement on the payment method used at the time of the order, within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of your package in our logistics center.

The return costs are at the customer's expense. 

Please note that in the event of non-recovery within the allotted time or refusal of delivery without a valid reason, an administrative charge of €2.90 will be deducted from the refund received by the customer. This fee covers the cost of processing and resending the parcel. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely collection of the parcel or to provide a valid reason for any refusal of delivery.
